No I didn't. Read my second post. I made it perfect clear I wasn't trying to get round the system. At that time I was unaware of the chip in the passport. Now I am am and have the answer. Query done and dusted.. You do seem insistent on making an argument out of it though.

One for you Dario,  you will know for sure,   on the same Fb thread.   They say the 180 days are rolling !    I don’t get that lol.   so if  it’s 90 days in ANY 180 day period so.  If one were to visit France for the day from U.K., then thats the 180 da...

...ys counting ,get to the 90th  day then enter the EU and stay your 89 days, return to the U.K. for the weekend clock stops for that 180 day period  and resets for the next 180 so , Then back into the EU for another 90 days. Almost like what they used to do, getting your 6 months in the EU almost together.    Would that work ?

There is a schegen visa calendar calcon the internet which helps with calculating your days as it is rolling. You put your dates in and it notifies you your allowance. I found it quite helpful instead of counting back 90 days

please read your own post and learn that they are NO WAY IN THE WORLD ROUND THE 90 DAYS as that was your question paint it up any way you want so  now can we all move on and stop this non sense time wasting garbage, if you didnt know about the digital tracking then i am totally shocked because even my Grand children in the UK know how it works, surley anyone who lives in the UK should know the rules, all you have to do is google it , you don,t need to come on to a forum for something as simple as that

Calm down! It was a simple question that someone answered. There was no need for you to get involved. Why so angry??

what this thread actually high lights ONCE AGAIN is the amount of UK residents that are constantly trying to get round the laws laid down for the 90 day ruling, ,i,m personally sick of people trying to find a way to get round this law , YOU WONT , so please can we give  it a rest now and mov...

...e on with something else, please it is not rocket science

I don’t think people are trying to get round the law at all.  People are entitled to ask what they want,  or are you all the Question Police yet again.  It’s not a nice place to ask a question here but you learn. Well,  it was just a lot easier before when you could stay for slightly Longer if you were sailing , or , More often if flying. So, it was far cheaper before the big “B”  if you want be at your property in Spain, as much as possible. Now,  for example at £1,000 for a ferry plus fuel, time , and hotels to break the journey  , two trips a year is a nightmare and the long drive is awful too. God help the poor soul who dares to ask the same question ever again. lol So, the best thing for you is just not to read the posts that offend you so much but who are you to close a post down. get over yourself Please
