My family and I are holidaying in Mojacar and will need to book either a PCR or Laterla flow test before returning to the UK in August? Please can you recommend any places and if you know costs, that would be helpful too.

the farmacia in Mojacar along from Parque commercial is doing them but no idea on price i am afraid.
When I flew back to the UK at the end of March they charged €50. Had the test, went for a coffee results ready in 15 minutes. Be interested to know if it's still the same.

Farmacia near the parque commercial costs 50euros,My family had to return in a hour for the results .Take your passports with you they booked a couple of days before they had their tests last week.

If you don't mind going to Vera there is the health centre opposite the bullring....on the corner...40 euros each and results in 15 mins. They speak excellent English there. We go back next week. But don't do anything too hasty as things are changing all the time.... They don't pre-charge at Vera.....so if things change you are not out of pocket! It is a lateral flow you need...

We are just back in the UK from Mojacar. We had the Antigen test at the Clinic under the Pharmacy by the Unicaja Bank on Thursday, the day before we left. No appointment is necessary, just turn up, preferably between 09.30 and 12-30 and the result is ready for collection after about 30 minutes. It costs €50 and they prefer cash to a card. We understand the clinic opposite the bullring in Vera, where the cost is €40.00, requires an appointment. At Santander, we joined the long queue of people to see the team of Brittany Ferries staff appointed to help those whose Passenger Locator Form would not complete properly. They helped us fake it, to get on the boat. The hassle was at the UK end of the journey. It took an hour and five minutes from driving off the boat to passport control, nobody asked us for any evidence of tests but the covid police telephoned us yesterday and today to check that we are at the address stated for the quarantine period. The pre-ordered PCR self-tests are required before Day 2 and then on Day 8 after arrival and they are ridiculously expensive!
