Lost control of the UK? errmm I think you will find that,Wales/NI& Scotland want devolved power,in fact it is wee jemima kranky that keeps screaming to break up the UK,berating Westminster 1 minute then begging for more money the next.

the First lockdown worked pretty well considering the namby pamby liberal doogooding society that has been created over the decades.

I would have implemented a curfew and if needs put the army on the streets,but I can hear the outcry now

letting people go back to work? a helluva lot of us had to work all the way through,BUT,we worked Covid safe and OBEYED the rules

Opening bars etc? well if there was a mistake there it was giving the benefit of the doubt that people would behave responsibly,MOST older people did,I have not been to a bar etc since the first lockdown

all you got was who could do a better job? well perhaps if you answered then that would stop

we have not been anywhere apart from the supermarket since March and have no intension to do so for a long time, all these so called parties and gatherings in UK never happened before any of this , all i can say is that thank god it wasnt 1939 again as we would not be here, as for having a pop at Nicola Sturgeon why whats that got to do with anything i have spoken about  at least she is taking Covid 19 seriously unlike the bumbling silver spoon school boy

as you say you are in Spain,the initial lockdown in the UK was very restrictive,bars,non essential shops forced to close,police checking peoples movements,etc

well, I refer you to the same link above,illegal raves,drug parties, street parties, car meets etc have been going on for years,but again the liberals  in the country/police chose to turn a blind eye instead of cracking down on ILLEGAL activities

im afraid i would bring in the army and if people dont follow the rules for covid i would build new jails and jail them they are no deterrent  thus why they dont give a toss, its peoples lifes we are talking about here , most of the party goers if asked what there job is WOULD BE unemployed, as i said earlier if it was 1939 we would be in big trouble all the Goverments that have been in power since then have let the people take over the country simples there is nearly no UK and it is falling to pieces

and BJ is the last person to take on this job

Good Grief, miracles do happen,I agree totally(apart from the bit about BJ)

scrap HS2 spend the money on jails,put the army on the streets,stop all illegal parties/meetings,and when I say stop I do not mean the police asking them to stop BUT forcing them to by force if needed

again namby pamby people got rid of and banned the use of water cannons,something that could be put to good use now
