so from 0.00 hours on Tuesday all non essential shops must shut at 6pm that includes bars and restaurants until the 23rd of nov.  also you must not leave the area of your padron except for certain reasons like health, work and emergencies. wearing of masks at all times continues and no more than 6 mixing.  check on Andalucia today for all details.

This message is really only for Oria Residence,, I have just rung the town hall, and spoke to Marisol, as I wasn't sure of the exact new restrictions. So she said, that as from tomorrow, we cannot leave Oria, Only in an emergency, Shopping is isn't classed as an emergency as we have supermarkets in Oria. She said it would be for at least 2 weeks.

Hope this helps.

not just Oria it is all the municipalities in Andalucia that is everywhere.  you can not travel outside your area of residence from 0.00 tonight.  and Lidls in Garrucha is already bare shelves!!!!  food shops will be open not closed no need to stockpile stuff.

OK so I understand from this that we can continue within these hours?

Are we allowed to mix with neighbours (4 people in total) within each others homes, wearing of course masks etc? Out on the balconeys, patios?

Keep safe 😷

you should not mix in each other's houses if from different households up to 6 can meet outside only wearing masks of course but everywhere should be closed by 6pm even though the curfew is still until 10pm!

Hi Folks, my only question regarding all of this malarkey is, where are the boundaries of Cuevas del Almanzora? It's fine and dandy to be told I must stay within the municipal boundary but I've stewed my swede trying to find what that actually means in practice.

I live in Palomares, about 2 or 3 minutes drive down the road from Consum, but I think I'm right in saying that as soon as I cross the rambla that marks the start of the nuddy beach I am straying too far.

If anyone can find a map of the municipal boundary (and perhaps post a link) I would be indebted until the 23rd of November, if not until my dying day. (which I'm hoping will be after rather than before said date!)

Thanks to One and All,

Jimbo 😎🤷🏽‍♂️😷

I have just managed to solve my own question, courtesy of Open street maps.

I've included a link which may be helpful to others who wish to know where their own boundary is.

Went to Mercadona Albox  on Monday afternoon as usual incredible. No meat or vegetables so many empty shelves. We saw people with 2 trolleys ok they may have been shopping for someone I accept that, but why are people stockpiling it is ridiculous. There is enough of everything for everybody if you just do your normal shopping. You could not even get on the car park at Lidl in Albox. We can no longer go to Albox have got to shop in CovIran, must remember to get overdraft 😀
