Hi I don’t regard myself as stupid but I really am having trouble understanding the latest restrictions!

Firstly and perhaps most importantly are the travel restrictions relating to your immediate area ( ie in our case Oria) or Provence, Almeria or indeed Andalusia?

We had planned to go to friends for dinner tonight but I now think that’s not permitted. Is that correct?

Any help would be appreciated! Confused.

you can travel in the area of Almeria but you are not allowed to go to a friends house for a meeting.  You can meet up to 6 people outside or 4 inside a bar or cafe.  This is because they feel that the closeness of family gathering leads to less social distancing and more chance of spreading the virus.

Can I fly to Almeria from England and drive to Huercal Overa area to my own holiday house - and back again?

I understand travel, unless it’s absolutely essential from the uk abroad is banned. You shouldn’t be coming here unless it’s essential. We’re in a provincial lockdown until at least 9th April and the state of alarm is still in place until at least 9th May. To get back to the uk you will need a PCR test and will need to quarantine for 10 days once you’re back in the uk and buy a test pack for day 2 and 8. I wouldn’t bother until the restrictions have finished. In fact you shouldn’t bother really.

Can I eat a coconut on a Tuesday with my friends pet hamster if I stand on one leg wearing a Batman suit whilst attempting a Greek crossword and stroking my next door but ones llama?

Yes I’m fairly sure you’d be fine but you may want permission from your neighbours to stroke their llama! 😂😂
