Can anybody confirm that the sailing from Santander to Portsmouth on May 18 2020 is sailing.I have been told all sailings untill June are cancelled i am booked on it but have not recieved any cancellation notice from Brittany Ferries.

I do not want to drive up to Santender and find it cancelled.

I also do not want to assume its cancelled and find it sailes.

ThanksPaul

Contact Brittany ferries direct that is your best bet.  I too have heard all sailings cancelled for May.

Sailing updates and travel information

In light of the coronavirus situation and advice, Brittany Ferries has temporarily suspended passenger services. We apologise sincerely to all those affected customers.

We are now in the process of cancelling all passenger sailings between the UK and Ireland to France and Spain up to and including 1st of June 2020. Limited freight-only services are operating between the UK, Ireland, France and Spain.

* I have just copied this information from the Ferries website.

Yes we have rebooked for August using our voucher from the first cancelled ferry. You should get another email soon offering you 15%off your next booking

Hi Paul,

We have had 4 cancellation with brittanyferries since 18th March back to the UK. Received email yesterday that our booking 27th May is cancelled and another voucher given.

We are driving back through France with all the required paperwork on 26th May.

Warning do not book again with brittanyferries as they cannot guarantee any crossings for the forceable future. I am claiming section 75 reimbursement from my credit card for £600 as it will cost £450 fuel, toll, hotels & Eurotunnel.

Martin.

Ferries cancelled up to June 6th last I checked, only taking freight. Many dates in July ‘fully booked’
