WHAT ABOUT WHEN ON AN AFTERNOON FLIGHT ARRIVAL, WHAT THEN?

Regular bus to Murcia city and overnight to catch bus to Mojácar / Vera .

Alternatively , Exclusive Airport Shuttles pick up from a hotel in Elche near airport the following am.

Think the the best option would be the overnight hotel with pickup by Exclusive the next day. Would be cheaper than a taxi and a lot less hassle than the local bus to Murcia then the bus to where ever. If it's early afternoon flight arrival you could also jump in an airport taxi to Alicante city and enjoy an afternoon/evening/ night there and make it part of your holiday then get a taxi back to the airport next day to meet the shuttle which leaves around noon. I did this a few years ago and think the taxi was about 10 euros probably a lot more now but worth a thought.
