TelPlay Broadband
We have recently bought a holiday apartment in Mojacar that has a TelPlay internet service, since we took over the contract TelPlay are charging us €19 month while we are not in Spain (we live in the UK). Despite numerous emails and messages to them asking for our contract to be converted to a holiday arrangement, they simply do not respond, they just ignore me. Does anyone know how I can get a response from them? Can I simply cancel the contract and find a better supplier? Can anyone recommend a good internet provider and what is involved with changing suppliers in a small apartment complex? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
