POPULOOS - what a disaster
Has anyone else experienced the appalling customer service of POPULOOS? I was really happy with the service of Next who were taken over by POPULOOS - but although they have charged me for full broadband when I have not been there ( after five emails and a phone call to notify them ) there seems to be no recourse for a refund. The portal they have given also seems to be unworkable. They will not put me through to management either. Anyone else had this problem??
