Problems with Santander mojacar
Hi Iam here in the uk at the min I’ve been banking in mojacar for twenty years Santander took over my bank last year until December 2019 we were online banking and had monthly statements sent to the uk .Since January 2020 no statements and no online banking they are asking for my phone number for security I tried and they don’t recognise the number it seems they have my old one from 20 years ago and say I have to come into the bank for my code ( can’t fly right now ) I’ve emailed them and phoned said they will send statements but still nothing Anyone have any solutions to this thank you .
