Problems with Santander mojacar

Hi Iam here in the uk at the min I’ve been banking in mojacar for twenty years Santander took over my bank last year until December 2019 we were online banking and had monthly statements sent to the uk .Since January 2020 no statements and no online banking they are asking for my phone number for security I tried and they don’t recognise the number it seems they have my old one from 20 years ago and say I have to come into the bank for my code ( can’t fly right now ) I’ve emailed them and phoned said they will send statements but still nothing Anyone have any solutions to this thank you . Christine

If you also bank with Santander in the UK, it might be worthwhile contacting them. If not...... hmmm. Might well have to wait until you get out there.   Do you have a Mojacar solicitor? If so, they might be able to help (for a fee I'm sure).

Hi thanks but already tried here Re bank don’t want to know ,and the expense to go to a lawyer I want go there did that a while back about our pool cost an arm and and a leg !!! But thank u for trying to solve my problem regards Chris

Do you still have the telephone number or an email? I am in England. No one is answering the number I have been told to ring and no one is answering my emails. Can no longer go online to get into bank account since Santander took over. It’s a nightmare.

Ok I will remember that. Fingers crossed Lyndsay still works there and the bank answer the phone as I am getting desperate.
