You are a.fine individual..Have you tried PAWS/PATAS which is in the little.precinct behind Koi Cafe &'Spanish Property Choice. There.is also a dog rescue near Tijola and I'll contact Julie and Maz just in case they can.help.

Just spoke to Julie and.if.you are on Facebook you can find Maz's Canine Rescue and peruse the dogs they have. Not sure about Bulldog but they have 9 month Mastin crosses. (The Spanish Mastif)'query spelling there.

You may struggle with a bulldog type dog from a rescue but there are loads of rescue sites. APSA at Albox, Helping Animals Almanzora, Maz's, just put animal rescue almeria province and see what comes up. We have 3 Spanish mastin x's, one of which we are fostering, all rescues and all lovely dogs, excellent temperaments, couldn't ask for better dogs. Have a look at Save a mastin on facebook run mainly by Brigitte Jaquillard as they have lots of lovely dogs from pups to older adults

Yes Maz Canine Rescue is a good starting point, I believe she has great relations with many local rescues.
