we can offer either for €650.00  per month for a 6/ 7 months let to April.

Please contact us through the website or this site  if you have any questions or wish to book.  Out rates  include all taxes and utilities. Free WIF. English TV channels. Linen and towels incl. Beach towels, hairdryer. And the final clean.

 Each apartment is fully equipped with new kitchens,   Dishwashers washing machines etc.

We are just about to refurbish a traditional Spanish house in Lubrin - up in the hills behind Mojacar. We will not be ready for you this year but, if you are coming out for repeat years then you might be interested in a traditional hill village for one of your rentals? We bought our own holiday home in Lubrin last year and we love it so much we have just bought this second house. So if you think that this might interest you then you can always contact us and pop into Lubrin this year to see the area and the house.

Hi there,  I've just returned from Mojacar where I have been looking for a two bedroomed apartment to rent from January to June 2020.  I wonder if your apartment is still available.  I will be travelling to Mojacar again at the end of November,

This apartment will be free from 12/11 and is available up until 30/4. It’s a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with 2 outside and 1 inside winter pools, and gym. Pretty urbanisation.

It is Frances here from Lubrin. You are welcome to come and see the house if you are out in November. We have someone else coming to see it at that time as well. So if you are interested then let us know and you can get in touch nearer the time. Sorry for the delay in replying but we were on our way with dog and car from Isle of Skye to Lubrin and so emails etc have been a bit disrupted. But we are now here until March.
