How can I speak to Telefonica in English?
I need to report my faulty landline but I cannot find an option to speak in English when I dial 10004 as I always did in the past.Any ideas or alternative numbers would be appreciated.

You used to be able to ask for un operador qué habla ingles. Don't know whether you still can. But Alexandra in moviestar at las Buganvillas might help, she speaks perfect English. Good luck!
Thank you very much for your reply. Unfortunately it is now impossible to speak to anyone in either Spanish or English as it is a recorded garbled message. I will go to Bouganvllias .

It's called Moviestar now in las Buganvilas and Alexandra doesn't work there any more. They are open and you are allowed to visit them even now. They usually open at 10am
