Looking to change banks with less charges than unijacar. We have 2 cards in which only one ever used and charged €28 this year for having cards.

Good morning. Cajamar's online Wefferent account has no charges whatsoever, for the account or the debit card. You can open an account online or pop into a Cajamar with your documents and they will help you. I've had mine for around 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I agree Cajamar wefferent is a great account and easy to use online too
Are you paying €28 for debit cards in addition to the annual account maintenance fee of €36?
The annual account maintenance fee of €36 should cover the cards

Yes just a recent charge they said was for card. Even tho they said if second card was not used which it has not we would not be charged

interesting. I will check and if they have introduced this I will change to Cajamar Wefferent.

Sabadell Bank, Free banking with Expansion Account as long as a minimum ammount is credited to the account each month (about €700) All staff speak English including Telephone calls. You will not find a better Bank in Spain.

I think you will now find you will now have some insurance or dental package or something to get free banking with the expansion account I have been told I have to from last year.

Is that for residents only.?? The no charges WHATSOEVER I'm with unicaja in mojacar. And getting charged 10€ a mth at present...even more some mths...depending on the direct debits I have set up....its getting beyond a joke now....
And also they have changed the online banking app.and its very hard to understand now.so would like to change my bank now after 5years.(.I'm a none resident. )
Any advise much appreciated. Thanks.

We are with Cajamar and have the online wefferent account and there are no charges. We are non resident too. There may be a small fee for any in branch transaction as it’s an online account. Easy to use app which can be linked to a Spanish or English mobile or both
