Received an email from bank and chatted to them online about it as in UK and can’t get over until 9th October
They have said I need to contact the Disputacion provincial de Almeria ( spelling ??)
Think I may need a translator as I’m not sure how to do this from uk

Diputación Provincial de Almería - not sure why you have to contact them, but would suggest you get a gestor or abogado to do it on your behalf unless you speak good Spanish.
