Clearance of rubbish from house

After 14 months of difficulties buying our Cortijo in Jauro de Lubrin, the sale was completed in December. We are still in UK and need to get started on the work to make it habitable.
The house was still full of personal possessions and furniture plus white goods. The agent arranged to have the house cleared but they only took the large items of furniture and we are now left with a house full of rubbish / possessions not wanted by the owner. We are unable to start on any of the work that needs doing because of this.
** I need recommendations of someone that will clear the house and dispose of it legally.
** If I cannot find anyone then I am contemplating flying out to do it but need to know how I arrange for a skip, or the Spanish equivalent
** Following that I need recommendations of a builder who is familiar with these old buildings who can cut a new window opening into the kitchen and heighten the door leading into the rear courtyard
