Attacks verbal or otherwise of any kind against anyone especially medical staff are unwarranted and shouldn't be tolerated leading if necessary to banning the perpetrator from gaining/accessing any medical provision in any hospital or medical facility in the area.

I’m saddened that this happened at all and saddened and .... annoyed ..... that it was a British resident. For those that try to settle here and integrate, actions such as the one above make it just that little bit harder and unfortunately reinforce stereotypes of “British are just thugs”. Unfair and untrue; but the above just Does. Not. Help.

If the person responsible were ever to read this, I would say to him or her that whilst you may feel frustrated, annoyed, upset or whatever, control yourself, have respect for the people who are trying to help you - the world does NOT revolve around you

When people are ill or in pain it is possible that they will behave differently and I think doctors and nurses learn tolerance... So, I can only imagine that the verbal attack was extremely serious for it to have impacted on the doctor causing them and their colleagues to take this stance.

Who ever the person was should be deported. Name and shame him. It is totally unacceptable, and I don't care what the reason was, there is still no EXCUSE.WHO WAS IT?

Trying to get repeat prescription at los gallardos medical centre is an absolute nightmare the doctor says he will send to farmacia when you go to farmacia they send you back to doctors the doctor sends you to farmacia and guess what they send you back to doctor again my wife needs permanent prescription so why does she keep needing to renew as I say no wonder people get frustrated
