Warning about death certificates in Spain

Hi this is for every one to take notice of,

On the 21 June sadly my husband died in Hercal Overa hospital now all was fine as I was insured etc 

but when the death Certificate was isued I had to send 3 off to the uk for a life policy that we had also DSS and other policy,s 

I went back to the uk with these now the problem is that Spain do not put the cause of death on the certificate I came back from the uk to discover from my lawyer in London that the main insurance company wanted as my husband died overseas they needed another certificate signed by the doctor who attened him to the end and the correct cause of Death this is all very upseting at a time like this and has caused a lot of hard work and worry for me but I do ot want any one going through what I have just been through.
