Hi,
we have seen many properties in Los Gallardos that we like the look of can anyone give some information on what it’s like living there? Are the properties of a good standard?
It will be a holiday home to start with and our forever home hopefully in about 5/6 years.

We live in the village. Fantastic.
2 banks, panderia. Dentist etc. The locals are superb. Lived on the urbanisation for a year. Not for us. The village has loads for sale, if you look.

Thank you Brief. Can I ask why an urbanisation was not for you? What are the pro’s and con’s of both would you say?

To be truthful, too many Brits. We prefer the Spanish, and what the village offers. The Spanish never interfere, or gossip. Again, just a personal choice, but we both love it in the heart of the village

Hi Just signed the forum
Looking at buying a holiday home initially in Almeria
have viewings this weekend when we are over at La Alfoquia and at Los Gallados ,all on existing urbanisations
Will of course use legal advice but worried when reading about legalitities of properties etc
Does anyone know if some of the complkexes in either have been subject to illegal build issues etc
