We have always been happy with Centauro. Their rates are all in (no excess) and they are based in the terminal.

Have used Centauro for 12 years out of Malaga and for the last year from Murcia and service has been 1st class. Not come through Alicante but have no reason to think service would be any different to the other 2 airports. I book through broker Zest car rentals
I find their prices cheaper than the main Centauro site. They also include access protection and free extra driver. A loyalty scheme with 5% discount on further bookings is also available.

Family business operates from Mojacar . No hidden costs and very reliable .

All down to choice
I regularly use Enterprise with a shuttle transfer but currently using Europcar. Picked up car from ms carpark at Europcar office
Smooth efficient service and nearly new car. Same car group and premium insurance was 100e cheaper than Enterprise
Fuel deposit of 100e and return back full
Will use Europcar now going forwatds
