Is the Jacaranda a good location for a holiday home ?
Does the pool get busy in the summer ?

I take it you are talking about the Jacaranda near los gallardos, so will answer as if that is what you mean!.........We used to live on Jacaranda in Huerta Nueva when we just needed a holiday home, before buying a villa with pool over the road as we are permanent now. It is the best kept development with the largest pool here. Carol is a wonderful president.Yes it can get a little busy in the summer of course, but it is a good size. Lots of the residents meet up for swims at 5pm... so miss that! I used to use it throughout the winter...(tough old bird!)... in the summer when I went at 6pm it was empty, except for the water! LOL
