We have just had a new WiFi system installed which is working fine. My laptop, using Windows 10 connects to the system but does not allow me to access the internet. I am not an expert so don’t know how to fix it. Other devices are working fine. If anyone can offer any assistance please I would be very grateful. I rely on the laptop for many things. Thank you
is you firewall stopping the connection? does the server come up on your wi fi settings?

Hi. I also have had WiFi installed and all appliances work fine but my laptop would not open the internet. I took it to the young chap at Bougainvillea who was brilliant. He knew straight away what the problem was and got it going by the same evening. The problem was that the WiFi was too fast for my 5 year old laptop. He installed a new hard drive downloading all the info from the old one. I am no expert but there were two options, one larger than the other. The cost was €100 for the smaller memory and €130 for the larger one. I chose the larger one and it works so much faster than it ever did. If you find this helpful I can find his address for you.
