Hi thanks for letting me join. Any idea why the roses are not opening fully? Thanks
Your roses will be lovely in the Spring but right now they are not at their best after a very dry year. Recent rain will only make the dryish blooms rot . Prune them down in January and they should be at their best between late March and May.
