I am a pensioner and live here in Spain permanently. My pension was taxed in U.K. . I was informed that I should be paying tax on my U.K. pension to Spain and not to U.K. Is this true? If so, any recommendation on tax advisors close to Huercal Overa.
Yes it’s true,l starting paying tax over here for the first time this January.That was for 2019 .l will pay 2000 this coming may.waiting for refund from the Uk ,which I have been told is lengthy process.Sorry l can’t recommend the person dealing with mine,best of luck.
