Hi, welcome to the general area, we live in Urcal.
Might I suggest you get and equip some form of van and set yourself up as a mobile mechanic ?, there have been posts on here recently for mobile mechanics as there dont seem to be any.
Most recent people to set up shop in your field to my knowledge have been "The Garage" on the poligono on the way into Albox, great people there, english as well as spanish speaking, it could be worth visiting them for advice.
