It's impossible to say how long it'll take given there are so many different elements that'll come into play as regards the individual property, the vendors/developers etc etc...

But what I'll echo is KeithG's response as we also used Maria & Esther at MundiAbogados and they were fantastic for us.

They'll also help you with the wraparound stuff like getting your NIE etc.

Maria & Esther will be able to appraise your individual situation and provide you with an indication of what potential timescales you may be looking at based on your own circumstances.

Agree with KeithG and RichB about Mundi. They were recommended to us in 2019 and have been fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. We have dealt mostly with Esther and she is so helpful and knowledgeable. I know their services are not cheap but it is worth it for peace of mind.

I have to agree Maria and Esther at mundi abogados are excellent. We used them for our first apartment purchase 4 years ago and recently used them again for our present apartment. Our first purchase took approx 8 weeks and our recent purchase has taken 4 weeks. I wouldn't use anyone else. 

We bought in Mojácar last year and Angela Morales was absolutely BRILLIANT! She speaks perfect English and her staff are second to none. We used her Mojácar office but I imagine any of her offices would give the same exceptional service.

I strongly advise that you contact Luisa MaMorales of Euroabogados in Vera.  Luisa is the solicitor I have used for all my house purchases and sales here in Spain and not only has she never put a foot wrong, her sage advice has saved me several hundred euros on 3 separate occasions. The price she quotes you is the price you pay - some solicitors quote one price and  if/when the process to completion involves more work than they had anticipated,  you can find yourself stuck with a much larger bill than  you expected.  This is DEFINITELY not the case  with Luisa.  She speaks perfect English and is a lady who really knows her stuff.
