Hello. Can anyone tell me how I start a Kapotha 13.5 Ultimate rotovator please? I have no idea which position the levers should be. Unfortunately, I'm finding it difficult to translate the manual. Photo attached. I have put oil and fuel in.

Looks like a cracking machine! I have tried to find a manual online without luck. If you can post or pm the relevant pages I can help you translate it.
