School for 3/4 year old

Hi there, new to the forum and looking for some advice.  We are looking to join my folks out here to live next year as they have lived here now for a few years.  Our little girl will be 3 nearing 4.  Been looking at education and it's stating that they don't need to go to school under 6.  If we decide to try and get a school are there any that I could go and visit to speak to (English speaking) etc? We live on the Urcal area which is in huercal overa
