Hi,Do I need a UK. AND a Spanish Passenger locator form to go and return to UK.Do the Spanish keep the passenger locator form so will I have to do a different one to return to UK.Thank you.
Yes you need to complete one for each leg of your journey, remember for the UK you will need a pre flight negative covid test and to book a day 2 test and use the reference number from this on the passenger locator form.
For spain you need to add the details of your vaccine certificate if you have been vaccinated here...there is currently no requirement for a pre-flight test to come to Spain....
