Hola all. Can anyone offer any knowledge or advice.....it,s a long shot I know !!!

I moved to Antas in Sept.2020. In October I registered on the Padron. I then organised a health package for residency

and employed an asesoria to do the work. I had to go back to the UK to get 2 sets of stamped bank statements and

a medical report from my own doctor. The banks statements and the medical report both were deemed completely

acceptable for the TIE.  I was then trapped in Britain because of covid 19 restrictions and missed the 31st.

Surely there must be an exception made  !!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP

Consult your gestor as soon as you can. There are provisions for late submission of documents, but I doubt anyone here has specific enough knowledge to understand how to do it!!!

See this document especially pages 11/12

Edit, apologies I cannot post external links here, ill try and PM you

You SHOULD be ok because you took legal residency - i.e. settled into a place and were incorporated into the Padrón - prior to 31/12.

There was no requirement for applications to be processed by 31/12 and in reality if you had arrived late in the year you would not have been able to submit documentation prior to that date.  As far as I recall, the requirement was that you had arrived and could prove you had established residence prior to cutoff, not that you had made application.

Hi. Your registration on the Padron is your proof of residency so it's my understanding you'll be ok. I would get back and get it sorted asap though. Best of luck.
