Digital signatures for bank.
My Caixa bank require me to update my digital signature and I dont know how to do this.I installed the Caixa bank app on my laptop,but I dont know what to do next.Can anyone help please?Thank you.Diane.

Hello there. The Personal Manager in La Caixa in Huércal overais called Andres. If you call into the bank and make an appointment (from memory this is necessary) to see him. Excellent English spoken and very helpful. HIS EMAIL ADDRESS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IS [email protected]. This is the best advice to get !!!! Regards …..

Many thanks,but we are in the UK.Last time we called into the Vera branch,where the account is actually held,and a lovely English speaking lady helped us.We may wait until we come out in September.If they block it,they block it.They have our digital signatures already,but said that they need updating.I tried the QR reader with my tablet but it wont work with tablets.My old mobile hadnt got a QR reader,but now I have found one and downloaded it,so I will try again.It doesnt seem to work with my tablet.I click on,but nothing happens,although it has worked with other websites.
