Wanting someone reliable or a recommendation for someone to be able to look at my Pozo Negro (sounds rude!) and give advice.

Regards

Hi, where are you located ?, what problems are you having ?,

There have been a spate of owners with pozo problems in and around the village of Urcal, pozo's not leeching out and needing emptying much too often, best has been 7 week interval, (ours), down to having to be emptied every 2 weeks !! a friend/neighbour I jest not.

Do you have trees or palms close by ? Just some general questions but important ones nonetheless.

No Jim, It's a potential leak.or seepage into a room under the swimming pool & adjacent to the pozo. No loss from pool.but.leak.or rather seepage increasing. Domingo has recommendef a Spanish Company & also Drainage Solutions.

It's our friend Michael.

Best Wishes & send size if felt as there later.

Have a great day.

Hi bob, shed is a smallish 7x5 so roof is about same, didnt get a size for the roll of felt just that it covers 10 sq metres. Guessing about 5 feet wide by whatever, gonna pop up to Leroy Merlin Thursday cos they seem one of the few places that do the old style felt with crushed stone or whatever it is on the top.

Have a nice day and thx for the message.
