Palm weevils

Hi
We have a number of palm trees, it seems we should spray regularly .
Any help on what , when and how would really be appreciated.
Anyone use someone who does this or is it easy to do yourself.
P.s only been in Spain 5 months , I guess previous owner did this as so dar so good.
