Hi, we recently got our Padron from Zurgena town hall. We had to have Deeds, Passports and original NIE certificates. Hope this helps as I’m sure they all require the same things.
Regards

Sadly, each Ayuntamiento is a law unto itself - they tend to have their own distinct requirements

We did ours at huercal overa a few weeks ago they have to have originals and no photocopies aswell and there is a 2 euro charge per certificate on collection. They dont issue certificate same day they will ask you to collect in 3 working days.

Extraordinary reading all the reports of issues getting the padron. We got ours at Roquetas a year ago, just took our passports along and rental contract, we had no utility bills. We got the certificate straightaway and with no charge. We have not had to ‘renew every three months’ either and are currently on the local electoral roll.
Guess it varies a lot from one place to another: welcome to Spain!
The renew every 3 months business is not a town hall issue, it's needed if you have to take any other bureaucratic step in the meantime (buying a car etc), they will want a current padron cert. If you're not conducting further business with officialdom then you'll be fine...

In the end it was all plain sailing for us..we made a mistake initially only taking part of deeds but returned and certificate all done, collected next day
