Hi,

We used Mari Cruz Fernández Sánchez to purchase a property in Huercal Overa - she is based in Albox (20 mins from Huercal Overa) and was excellent. Very "formal", speaks good English and was recommended to us - she is both a qualified lawyer (not just a conveyancer as some are) and an architect so knows Spanish property law and pitfalls well.
Her details are:

Strong comments Bob, who are you referring to ?

God Knows. Everything out of synch and dating back 2 yrs. We used Juan Rubio for the purchase of our 2 properties & this was faultless & so much cheaper than a Solicitor in Mojacar. ( by about 400€ & we were fed erroneous information ).
Then an erstwhile acquaintance suggested CAM CONCEPTS to process my wife's change of Residencia & Healthcare & it deteriorated into a farce. To illustrate the ease of process we ended up doing it ourselves with a 10€/ hr lay interpreter. Oh, I really appreciated the rude e mail/s as well.
We now use Salvador in Mojacar as we are more often at the apartment & I grow weary of chasing individuals.

I know a trustworthy solicitor very good
I'm new to this game and out here on a recce but I'd stick to a British lawyer practicing in Spain. Too many crooks out here I hear a lot! Good luck.
