El Salvator
Been looking at a couple of villas on internet, one had an empty pool,I was wondering if the pool wasn't legal. What is El Salvator like is it far from Heurcal. Regards Peter l am still in UK.

Am wondering if you mean El Saltador? If so it's a 3 minute drive to Huercal Overa from there. Also there's a bus but I don't know how often it runs. We have a villa just on the edge of El Saltador and we love the views of the mountains from it.

Hi Yes I did mean El Saltador (sorry) and thank you for replying,it seems to be a nice area and that's good just a few minutes to the town, is there quite a few brits out there. There seems to be an area were they are still building in El saltador, I noticed on the internet they seemed to have not finished some villas off. I am looking for something not to expensive.kind regards

Hi. There are quite a number of British ex-pats in the region of El Saltador, also in San Francisco, Urcal and Santa Maria del Nieva which are all close to Huercal Overa but probably not as many as in Albox for example. We're not living there yet, waiting for youngest child to finish school... only 2 years to go! Can't wait, frankly.
We bought our place through Voss Homes in Huercal Overa. Thoroughly recommend them. Lots of local knowledge and contacts.

Thanks for the reply, wish you well for the future when you move out there permanently.
