Norfolk Island Pine, ‘Araucaria heterophylla’.
We bought some from the garden centre in Vera, next to the motorway, but I would imagine most stock them, they are quite popular.

There is a garden centre on on the right hand side just off the entrance road to Vera (travelling from Murcia) from the free dual carriageway. I reckon you can buy a nursery version of the tree there.

Just so that you know, these trees are not fast growing so get a larger one unless you are prepared to wait years. They do grow quicker by the beach. They belong to the same family as the Monkey Puzzle Tree that you see in the UK.

Looking for a fairly quick growing to replace a tree we have had to cut down
