long term winter rental required.

Depending on when you want it we have a fully-furnished townhouse shortly coming to rental in Palomares. 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, multiple terraces, communal pools, wifi and British TV. A short walk to the bars, shops and restaurants in Palomares, a longer walk or bike ride to the beach or to Villaricos. You are allowed to keep goldfish, rabbits and even the odd shetland pony I guess but not dogs and it's no smoking. It will be available through D&D in the next couple of weeks probably at €450 a month a for long term but we've still got to discuss that with them. We're going out on Friday for a week to do the (hopefully) final preparations.
