GLExpat Services in Turre. Ibelieve they are on www.

If not I have the telephone number/whatsapp. Mention Dr. & Mrs. Lyons.

Best Wishes,

1st question is how old are you ? Are you pensionistas ?

Partner used the excellent Chris and Mandy of Camconcepts in Huercal Overa for the purchase of her villa in Urcal, the NIE's and Chris took us down to Almeria for the Residencia.

You'll need to register with a doctors surgery, from recollection we used our EHIC for the 1st three months whilst we went thru the paperwork.

The receptionist at our surgery in Urcal helped us get things started.

Are you in good health ?. Do you need any kind of specific medications ?.

Once registered we went for bloodworks and Urine analysis, we still need to undergo ECG's and I need a prostate exam, my partner doesnt need a mammogram as she had one inside the two year time frame.

Spanish healthcare and initial testing, especially as we are both type 2 diabetics is very thorough. Pensionista's only pay 10% of the full cost of a prescription, to my knowledge there are no free prescriptions.

If youre not of pensionable age you most likely will need to have private medical.

Hope that helps some.
