E11 uk resident what hospitals are not private

La Immaculada, hospital (not sure of exact spelling)'in Huercal Overa. You ring the emergency services & an ambulance with or without Dr & paramedics turns out or you take car/ taxi to the Urgencias ( A&E).

Thanks so much. As was looking to get private insurance. But very expensive. And realised E11 should cover this.  Would all treatment be free or would I have to pay a supplement difference? 

If you have an emergency there is a Urgencias / clinic in the main, one way, street of Garrucha. I understand it´s available 24 hrs. Use your EHC E11 you will have to pay for any perscriptions though. Best to check it out when you first arrive.
