Do not seem to answer their phone, has anybody else had the same problem?

Having terrible trouble with this bank, they don’t answer the phone and i’ve sent 10 emails and still they ignore me. All I want is there details to send money from the uk to my bank account there, when it was BMN I had no problem sending money now it’s impossible. I have a unexpected big bill this month and unless I can send money it will be declined payment, nothing but a nightmare.
Anyone know the bank details please.

Oh yes, plenty if problems with Bankia. They don't answer the phone nor reply to emails. If you email the Head Office, they don't reply either. In the end, we rang the Bankia branch in Mojacar as we thought that the Garrucha branch had closed down. By the way, we have a Spanish lawyer with Power if Attorney, and they had the same response.
