Taking mobility strollers on buses

Hello. Does anyone know if there are facilities to be able to take a folding mobility stroller on the local Baraza buses? I know you can take them in the Alsa coaches because of the luggage facilities beneath, also are there any taxis able to carry these strollers in their boots?
