Hi all
I have purchased a property in the Cuecas De Almonzora area that needs modernising and would like to hear from reputable builders to complete the whole project - new Windows, doors, electrics, plumbing, plastering, kitchen & bathroom - a full reform or quality tradesmen where I can self manage the job. It will be a holiday home so will be in the uk when the project gets done.

May I recommend the only builder we would ever use on our 2 properties.

If you log on to www.arboleas.co.uk ( the Arbpleas Forum), and scroll down to local tradesmen, etc, you can see the feedback on Richard & his partner Bob ( not me ).
In 15 years we have been stitched up so many times by Brits. that now we really only employ Spanish. Richard is the only exception apart from a hippie screen fitter.
Try not to employ Coastal firms- invariably more expensive.
Every Best Wish and trust you don't fall foul of as many crooks.
