No, not quite. Pfizer is already being used here and AstraZeneca and Moderna are expected to be authorized by 29/1.
Bess. UK used authority under existing EU legislation prior to end of transition period to give emergency temporary authorization to the Pfizer vaccine .... so, no, not really.

I’m only guessing, but I’d say Moreno has now got permission from the government, given the startling rise in numbers in Andalucia

It doesn’t look like anytime soon in uk. Started vaccinations over 80 and I’ve read on news feed it might be lockdown till July. And no travel at all . I’m classed as 1 of vulnerable so got sent home from work . Juli

I read through El País last night mainly to further my Spanish. Covid-19 is hitting Spain hard along with every other country in europe. Even many of the Dutch are protesting against their restrictions - how stupid are they?. The Spanish Prime Minister stated that tourism will be on hold until September. Given what I've read about Spain and the dreadful Covid situation in Ireland I'd gladly take September to visit Spain. But, I reckon it will be later than that. Don't discount writing off all of 2021 to visit your holiday home in Spain.

I’m with you there. Spanish Doctors are threatening a national strike unless government puts country back into lockdown. The health system has all but collapsed, and hospitals are now accepting Covid-only patients.

How can you have a full lockdown if certain municipalities still have bars and restaurants open

No - just municipal borders closed and all non-essential businesses closed - no home confinement .... yet
