Hi Julie. At the moment we cannot go out of our municipality, so for us in Los Lobos/Cuevas we can't go to, say, Vera and Mojacar, but we can go to Palomares and Villaricos for a shot of the beach and cafes.

There's a curfew of 10pm to 7am and all non-essential businesses close at 6pm. Takeaways can be collected up until 9.30pm.

All the above is until 10 December when we'll know how the restrictions will be altered.

Hope this helps you. Marion

Hi Julie.

As far as I know only essential travel is permitted. Borders between municipalities is forbidden, so If for example you were driving you wouldn’t be able to pass through Lorca to Cuevas.

Holidays or holiday home owners are not classed as essential travel. However there is a review on 10th December so this may change.

Incidentally if you do try to cross borders, you could be turned back or fined or both.

Hope this helps
