NLV and working in the UK

Is it possible to get a NLV for my wife and me but also allows me to work for a UK company

NLV is a non working visa and that means what it says non working.

Short answer is no. Absolutely no income derived from remunerated employment whatsoever when on an NLV.
If you’re talking about still working for a UK company, you must mean remotely? (Given you can only spend a maximum of 10 months outside Spain in the first five years)
If that’s the case then maybe a Digital Nomad Visa would be more suitable for you?
