Good morning. It's very safe for you to come. There have been very few infections in Cuevas del Almanzora, and I haven't heard of any here in Los Lobos.

Hi Julie

As Marion says, it pretty safe.

There is one case in the village, a twenty something girl who works at a factory in Cuevas and is currently self isolating (5 or 6 days so far) with the doctor monitoring things I gather.

Morning thank you everyone is saying it’s safe. It’s just the quarantine when we arrive back in uk, can’t see work letting me have 2 week off. Already had June’s cancelled and lost flight money for August and we’ve got October coming up just don’t know what to think

That is a problem and I'd suggest that in that case you don't plan anything until the quarantine is lifted. It impacted on me two weeks ago when we were in the UK housesitting. I was called for a hospital appointment here, which I needed to attend, and then couldn't go back to the UK because of the quarantining, which I couldn't do. So I've been at home here, waiting for my husband to complete the housesit and drive back on his own.

I think it's a matter of waiting for you until it quarantining is lifted. The sunshine will be waiting for you. 😎

That was what I was thinking. You take care and hope the quarantine will lift soon

Hi.  If you are resident in Spain a friend of mine didn't have to quarantine and she drove there and back through France. Its only if you live in uk you must quarantine or so i believe.  Check with people who might know more than me.  Alot of people with houses here and in uk are also resident here.

It seems that Julie is a resident of the UK, as she talks about her job there. Have a look at her original post.
