If you mean the little green card that grants you Residencia, yes, as you would be returning to your country of habitual residence ... please please note, that to retain that Residencia, you MUST now be in Spain for at least 183 days each year.
This was always the case, but Brexit has made Spanish officialdom pay closer attention to rules and regulations about residency.

Hopeful that casual visitors will be returning by early July, although visitors from certain countries may be required to undertake a further two weeks quarantine on entry.

Cats Services are now doing the Residencias via Online with the Spanish Government. I only needed an update on Padron which Town Hall email to me. So I am just waiting for the out come.
The next problem is to see when the
Ferry’s are running from Portsmouth.

You can arrange appointments online, but as far as I am aware, you still have to attend in person to present original passport and have identity verified.
