Thinking may buy a property in Mojacar sometime in the future, are prices going up or down?

The prices of decent properties in Mojacar Playa are increasing but only slightly. The less sought after properties are as fetid and stagnant in price as my love for Mr Boris Johnson; I kid you not.

Come, see, do your homework (most before you leave the UK). Measure twice, cut once.

What a sad person. Yyou answer a simple question about property prices and you bring BorisJohnson into the answer. The U.K. is now out of Europe, move on.

1. Newsflash Dgs7272 the UK is still in Europe but not in the EU. Try your best to get your facts right.

2. You say I'm a sad person. What do you mean by this? If you're looking for somebody who appears sad take a look in the mirror.

3. It took you more than two months to reply to my post. What kept you?

4. Please keep posting, we need alternate views.

5. Are you one of the old farts I keep talking about?

6. If you want bland answers enter a True/False quiz.

If you need something to wind up buy a cuckoo clock. Otherwise, use the forum to post your opinion (if you have one).

. . . . and you're a little behind at the moment.

Is Matthew John Cleese in disguise?

1. I've always said I am a cocky Paddy.

2. Some of my inspiration comes from John Cleese.

If your a Blobby BoJo Lover and Brexiteer, what are you doing in Spain?

If not, Matthews analysis - and response - holds true; quite apart from the fact that UK ISN’T out of EU quite yet.  Still subject to EU laws etc until end of transition period.

Still, by the time this argument dies down, UK will have rejoined the EU :-D

Yes, Bremainers are now Brejoiners :-D
