We got a parking ticket on our Irish registered car in Peniscola on September 4th on an overnight stopover on our way down to Mojacar. Can you please advise where we can pay it and what’s the procedure, Many thanks.

If you're still in Spain just contact the Policía Local and pay. Bring your passport with you along with your insurance, driving licence and anything else that has your name on it (I bet you think I'm joking - I'm not. You have a specific time to pay the fine and if you exceed the date the fine gets substantially dearer - I'm not joking about this either.
If you're back in Ireland I presume it's only a case of sending on some money (bank transfer?????) along with whatever documentation is required.
